These terms outline how I Can See You provides support coordination services under the NDIS.
1. Service Scope
We provide NDIS Support Coordination tailored to your needs and goals. This includes:
Helping you understand and implement your NDIS plan
Connecting you with suitable providers
Supporting you to build capacity and confidence
Ensuring your supports are working for you
2. Eligibility
Services are offered to participants with Support Coordination or Psychosocial Recovery Coaching included in their NDIS plan.
3. Our Commitments
We work alongside you with compassion and professionalism
We maintain confidentiality and uphold your rights
We communicate openly and clearly
We provide consistent, personalised support — no handovers or large teams
4. Your Responsibilities
To work together effectively, we ask that you:
Provide accurate and relevant information
Let us know if your needs or circumstances change
Respect agreed appointment times
Communicate any feedback or concerns so we can support you better
5. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee (e.g., one hour of support coordination time).If I need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, you will not be charged.
I understand that life happens, please reach out if there are extenuating circumstances and we’ll do our best to work around it.
6. Ending Services
You can stop working with us at any time. We’ll also give you notice if we’re unable to continue services and support a smooth transition if needed.
7. Feedback and Complaints
We welcome your feedback. If you’re unhappy with any part of our service, we’ll listen and respond with care. You can also escalate complaints to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
